About the Pursuit integration

A new public sector opportunity appears in Pursuit, and the sales team needs to know quickly. A Zap can watch For You Opportunity Detected and send an SMS through Mobile Message with the opportunity name, organisation and next step. That gives the right person a prompt while the signal is still useful, rather than relying on someone to keep checking the radar view.

Pursuit teams can also use Pursuit Contact Exported and Research Contact Exported to send an introductory message when a contact is ready for follow-up. Exported account information can be included in the SMS so the message feels relevant to the organisation being researched.
