Presenton reports when a presentation generation task is available, giving Zapier a useful moment to tell a colleague that the result is ready for review or delivery.

Mobile Message’s Send SMS action can carry that notification to a nominated number. A message might say that a new presentation is ready, identify the project, or remind a presenter to check the generated content. Presenton’s Generate Presentation action can also be started when Mobile Message receives an inbound SMS, if your process has a clear command and the required content, template, and theme fields. That creates a practical request workflow, but it does not make Presenton and Mobile Message a two-way synchronised system. Presenton generates the presentation, while Mobile Message handles the SMS step through Zapier. Test the wording and any command rules before using the workflow with a wider team.
