About the PresEngage integration

Presenters using PresEngage often receive audience messages while a session is underway. A question or comment may need a quick response, yet the person running the presentation is focused on the room, the content and the next part of the event. PresEngage’s New Message trigger can start a Mobile Message SMS Zap when a message is sent by PresEngage or received from an audience member.

Use the trigger to notify a presenter or event coordinator that a message needs attention.
