Presenters using PresEngage often receive audience messages while a session is underway. A question or comment may need a quick response, yet the person running the presentation is focused on the room, the content and the next part of the event. PresEngage’s New Message trigger can start a Mobile Message SMS Zap when a message is sent by PresEngage or received from an audience member.

Use the trigger to notify a presenter or event coordinator that a message needs attention. You might send a short alert to a staff member, acknowledge an audience contribution, or direct the recipient to a person who can help. Mobile Message can send the text to an individual or a defined list, depending on how your team handles presentation support.

This connection does not create a two-way message sync. PresEngage supplies the event that starts the Zap, while Mobile Message carries out the selected SMS action. You control the recipient, wording and field mapping in Zapier. Both platforms are needed, and the setup is designed for business users rather than custom software development.
