A survey response arrives, but manually copying the respondent into a contact system can slow the next step. Pointerpro can trigger a Zap when New Survey Response is submitted. Mobile Message can then send an SMS, create or update a contact, or add the respondent to a list. This helps your team acknowledge feedback and keep the relevant person available for follow-up.

Pointerpro's Update Contact action can also be started by Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger. That gives an incoming text a practical result in Pointerpro when your workflow has the information needed to update a respondent. Delivery Status Updated may also trigger the action where a delivery event is the appropriate reason to update a record.

These are separate, one-directional Zaps created in Zapier. They do not create a general two-way sync between survey and contact data. Map only the fields you need, check the mobile number, and make sure survey respondents understand how their details will be used.
