Zapier can use that completed call as the starting point for Mobile Message, so a customer receives a prompt text or the team can respond to an urgent request sooner.

Call Completed can trigger Send SMS with a confirmation, follow-up instruction or simple next step. Get Transcript can retrieve the transcript in a separate workflow step before the message is sent, helping your team use the call information where appropriate. If a customer texts Mobile Message first, Inbound SMS Received can trigger Make Call and have a Pod agent call the target number.

These workflows connect call handling and SMS without suggesting that the platforms share every record. You decide which completed calls qualify, what information is passed and whether the result is a text or a call.
