About the Plaud integration

A sales or service operator finishes recording a conversation and Plaud prepares the transcript and summary. The useful follow-up may be time sensitive, yet the operator might not open Plaud until later. The alert can confirm that the transcript and summary are ready, using the information supplied by Plaud to identify the recording or contact. Plaud is supplied as a trigger-only app for this connection, so the practical result is a notification from Plaud rather than an update back into it. SMS remains plain text, so the workflow should send a short alert rather than attempting to deliver the audio or transcript itself.
