With Zapier, Pie Forms can start Mobile Message when a user submits a new form entry. You can send an SMS acknowledging a booking request, create a contact for later communication or add that contact to a list for a relevant campaign. Form Entries can also be used as a Pie Forms action when a workflow needs to place submitted information back into the form system, although a useful SMS workflow will usually begin with New Form Entry. The form remains your collection point and Mobile Message sends the plain text message. This helps a small team respond to web leads without constantly checking WordPress for fresh submissions.

You decide which form should start the Zap and which submitted fields belong in the message. A phone field, name and request type can be mapped into a clear acknowledgement, while staff can follow up through the systems they already use.
