A user completes an event in a Pickaxe studio, and your team needs to act on what happened. Pickaxe can trigger a Zap from Studio Event. Mobile Message can then send a plain text notification to an operator, user, or customer when the event includes a suitable phone number and message context. This gives a visible alert without requiring staff to watch the Pickaxe workspace.

Pickaxe's actions cover access groups, users, documents, deployments, and calls. For example, Create User can be started by an inbound SMS, or Invite Users can send an invitation email after an event from another app. Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger can therefore create a Pickaxe user when the incoming text provides the required details. It can also trigger Call Pickaxe for a configured operational workflow. These actions do not create a general two-way conversation between Pickaxe and Mobile Message. Each Zap has one event and one result, and the available Pickaxe fields determine what can be mapped. Configure the selected workflow in Zapier, connect both accounts, protect access information, and test the event with a non-production user before enabling customer messages.
