Someone submits an Ovoform survey, quiz or enquiry form while your team is busy with other work. That response may need a prompt acknowledgement, especially when the person has supplied a phone number and expects a next step. Ovoform’s New Entry trigger can start a Zapier workflow that sends a Mobile Message SMS as soon as the entry arrives.

The message might confirm receipt, explain when someone will respond, or direct the person to a useful next step. You can also use Ovoform’s Find Responses action within other workflows, but the direct customer-facing pairing is New Entry with Mobile Message Send SMS. A separate Zap can create a Mobile Message contact or add the respondent to a list when ongoing communication is appropriate.

This lets forms become a clear starting point for SMS follow-up without custom development. You choose which Ovoform form is monitored and map its response fields into the text. The connection runs through Zapier, and each workflow is one-directional. Mobile Message does not write responses back into Ovoform unless a separate supported workflow is configured.
