About the Opttab integration

Content and asset teams can use Opttab to create documents and digital assets while keeping colleagues informed about new material. Without an alert, a reviewer may not know that work is ready, and an important approval or distribution step can wait.

Opttab can trigger Mobile Message to send an SMS when a new document is created or a new asset is created. The message can point a colleague towards the new work or let a content list know that a release item is available. Mobile Message can also create a contact or add one to a list when Opttab produces a relevant record. Zapier carries the event and field mapping between the services.
