Optform’s New Submission trigger starts a Zap, and Mobile Message can then send a plain text SMS containing the submitted details or a concise follow-up instruction. This helps a form response move beyond a dashboard and into the hands of someone who can act on it.

A new submission might signal a sales lead, a service request or a request for a call. Zapier can pass the fields you choose into Mobile Message’s Send SMS action, so your team can respond while the submission is still useful.
