About the Openlayer integration

A model test result appears while an AI system is running in production, and someone needs to know whether it passed or failed. Openlayer can trigger a Zap when a new test result is available. Mobile Message can then send a plain text alert to the engineer or owner responsible for the project, so important model quality changes are not buried in a monitoring workspace.

New Project can also start a message when a project is created, which may help notify an implementation team that monitoring work has begun. On the other side, an Inbound SMS Received event can create a data source in Openlayer when an authorised operator texts your Mobile Message number, although this is most suitable for controlled operational workflows rather than general customer messaging. Openlayer actions including Create Test, Evaluate Test, and Publish Record are available when another app starts the Zap, but they do not turn Openlayer into an SMS inbox. Each workflow has one trigger and one action through Zapier. You will need both accounts, suitable project identifiers, and a clear rule for which test results should generate an alert.
