Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Openlayer!
New Project can also start a message when a project is created, which may help notify an implementation team that monitoring work has begun. On the other side, an Inbound SMS Received event can create a data source in Openlayer when an authorised operator texts your Mobile Message number, although this is most suitable for controlled operational workflows rather than general customer messaging. Openlayer actions including Create Test, Evaluate Test, and Publish Record are available when another app starts the Zap, but they do not turn Openlayer into an SMS inbox. Each workflow has one trigger and one action through Zapier. You will need both accounts, suitable project identifiers, and a clear rule for which test results should generate an alert.

Yes. New Test Result can start a Zap using Mobile Message's Send SMS action. Include the project and result information available from Openlayer so the recipient can understand the alert.
Can an SMS create an Openlayer data source?
Yes, for a controlled workflow. Inbound SMS Received can trigger Openlayer's Create Data Source action, provided the Zap has the required project and data source values.
How do I set up Openlayer notifications with Mobile Message?
