Yes. When someone texts your number for the first time, Zapier can send that number to OnSefy so it gets checked against the same fraud signals used for web signups.

Does OnSefy send any SMS itself?

No. OnSefy only validates the user through its Validate User action. Mobile Message is what supplies the inbound text that starts the check, sending is not part of what OnSefy does.

What is needed to link OnSefy with Mobile Message?

You need an OnSefy account and a Mobile Message account, joined together in Zapier. No coding is required, you simply choose the inbound text trigger and the Validate User action.
