About the OKrunit integration

A new approval request can send an SMS to the responsible reviewer, including the context your workflow provides. When Approval Decided fires, Mobile Message can text the requester about the outcome or add a contact to a list for follow-up. An inbound SMS can also create an OKrunit activity log, although it does not approve a request. These are clear one-way automations, so the approval remains in OKrunit and the SMS serves as a useful notification channel.
