About the Obeatow integration

A customer reports a problem, your product team needs the detail, and the person who raised it wants to know their submission was seen. Obeatow records that feedback as a New Submission event, but a notification can still be missed when staff are moving between projects, tickets and releases. A Zap can send that event to Mobile Message for a prompt acknowledgement.

An SMS can confirm that the report reached your team and set expectations about what happens next. It can include a short reference, a support timeframe or a simple invitation to reply if more information is needed. Mobile Message can also create a contact from the submission, helping your team keep a usable record of the reporter. This is not a replacement for your bug-reporting process. It is a focused notification path that makes the customer-facing response more dependable.
