A visitor starts a conversation with your Nutaan AI assistant while your sales or support team is away from their desk. That new conversation can contain a valuable question, a buying signal or a request that deserves prompt human attention. If it remains in the chatbot until someone checks, the visitor may move on. Zapier can use Nutaan's New Knowledge Base Conversation trigger to send a Mobile Message alert.

You can text a staff member with the conversation details, send an acknowledgement to the visitor, or create a Mobile Message contact when the available information identifies someone worth following up. Nutaan's New Booking trigger can also send an SMS confirming that a meeting has been booked or alert the assigned operator. These workflows keep the outcome clear, with Nutaan providing the event and Mobile Message delivering the plain text message.

The connection is configured in Zapier and is not a native two-way booking or conversation sync. Choose the fields, recipient and message wording that suit your process. You can then test the workflow with a sample conversation or booking before switching it on.
