NOAN also provides actions such as Create Task, Add Memo to Contact, Create Note and Update Contact, so an incoming Mobile Message text can create a task or update a contact when the necessary fields are available. Configure the chosen direction in Zapier, with each workflow performing one defined action.

Yes. Created or Updated Asset can trigger Mobile Message’s Send SMS action. Map the asset details and recipient information available in NOAN to create a notification for the person who needs to act.
Can an incoming Mobile Message text create a NOAN task?
Yes. Inbound SMS Received can trigger NOAN’s Create Task action when the project and task fields can be mapped. This can turn a suitable text into a task someone can review in NOAN.
