Teams that receive documents and emails often spend time waiting for information to be extracted before they can act. NiceData turns those sources into structured data and sends it where needed. Its Document Processed trigger can start a Mobile Message SMS through Zapier when parsing finishes and the data is available.

That event can alert a staff member that a document is ready for review or tell a customer that a submitted item has been processed. Use the fields NiceData provides, such as a reference, status, or recipient phone number, to create a concise message. Mobile Message's Send SMS action makes the result visible without asking someone to repeatedly check the project.

NiceData also has an Upload Document action, but that action alone does not produce a customer-facing result when paired with Mobile Message. The useful SMS workflow starts with Document Processed.
