Nexvio can signal a new ticket or an updated ticket, and Mobile Message can turn that event into a clear SMS alert through Zapier. This reduces the chance that an important support change sits unseen until someone checks the support queue.

Use New Ticket to send a message to the assigned person or customer, or use Updated Ticket to alert the team when the status or content changes. New Contact and Updated Contact can create or update a Mobile Message contact, while Mobile Message Inbound SMS Received can trigger Nexvio Create Ticket or Add Reply. That lets a text received by your business become visible in the support system where the team works.

Nexvio's Generate AI Reply action can also be started by an inbound SMS when an AI-generated response is appropriate for the configured agent. These are separate, one-directional Zaps. The connection is not a native sync, and each workflow uses the fields and safeguards you configure in Zapier.
