About the NextLM integration

Sales teams using NextLM need to act while a prospect is showing buying signals, not after a list has been reviewed at the end of the day. NextLM sends a New Lead event when its agent unlocks a lead. A Zap can use that event to send a Mobile Message SMS to a salesperson or create the person as a Mobile Message contact.

A short internal alert can include the lead’s name, company, and available behavioural context, helping the right person decide what to do next. Creating a contact can also place the lead in Mobile Message’s records for later campaigns or follow-up workflows. NextLM supplies the lead event, and Mobile Message performs the selected contact or SMS action through Zapier. This is a one-directional workflow rather than a synchronised database.
