You can also use Send SMS to List when the same operational response should reach a defined group. The connection runs through Zapier, so you choose the response fields, recipient number and message content during setup. It does not create a native two-way connection or automatically keep records in step. Instead, it gives your team a practical way to act on a shared New Dialogue response while the context is still useful.
