New Dialogue can send that response into a Zap, where Mobile Message turns the event into a plain text message for a customer, colleague or contractor. This is helpful when an insight needs to reach someone outside the team’s usual workspace.

Use New Response to start a Zap and Send SMS to deliver a concise alert, a follow-up request or a link to the relevant information. You can also use Send SMS to List when the same operational response should reach a defined group. The connection runs through Zapier, so you choose the response fields, recipient number and message content during setup. It does not create a native two-way connection or automatically keep records in step. Instead, it gives your team a practical way to act on a shared New Dialogue response while the context is still useful.
