About the MyReport integration

Teams that commission reports often need to know when work is ready, especially if a report takes time to generate. MyReport can tell Zapier when a report has finished or failed, and Mobile Message can turn that result into a clear notification. The recipient can then collect the report or investigate the failed task without repeatedly checking the report queue.

Through Zapier, Report Finished can trigger Mobile Message Send SMS with a completion notice. Report Failed can send a different message that identifies the task and directs the recipient to review it. Mobile Message can also send SMS to a list when several staff members need the same update. The report content itself is not automatically delivered by SMS unless you choose suitable text fields in the Zap.

The connection is a notification workflow rather than a report synchronisation. MyReport remains responsible for generating reports, while Mobile Message sends the selected plain text alert. Both services can be configured in Zapier without code, so an operator can choose the event, recipient and wording during setup.
