A visitor submits an MSP Formbuilder form while your team is handling other work. That submission may contain a new enquiry, a request for a callback or details that need a quick confirmation. Without an automated hand-off, staff must check the form, copy the phone number and write a separate message before responding. Zapier can watch for New Form Submission and pass the result to Mobile Message.

Send a confirmation SMS to the person who submitted the form, notify the responsible staff member, or create a contact for a later follow-up. The form fields can supply the recipient number and selected details, while Mobile Message sends the plain text message. You can also send the submission to a Mobile Message list when the form represents a particular service or event.

This workflow is practical for contact forms, registrations and callback requests. It does not make MSP Formbuilder and Mobile Message one shared system, and it does not send attachments by SMS. Instead, it creates a clear event-based path from a completed form to a noticeable text message or contact record.
