A conversational AI dialogue has expired and the customer may still be waiting for help. Moveo.AI provides a Dialog Expired event, which can start a Mobile Message SMS through Zapier before the abandoned conversation becomes a missed opportunity. The message can acknowledge the interruption and give the person a clear way to continue.

Use Mobile Message's Send SMS action to follow up after an expired dialogue. The text might invite the customer to reply, provide a service phone number, or explain that a team member will respond through the approved channel. If the event includes a phone number, you can also create a Mobile Message contact for future communication. This connection is deliberately focused on the event Moveo.AI exposes and the SMS actions Mobile Message supports. It does not continue the AI dialogue or copy a full conversation into a text message, so keep the SMS short and avoid including sensitive details.

Review the conditions that cause a dialogue to expire and test the follow-up with sample data. A well-timed message can give the customer a practical next step without requiring staff to monitor every conversation manually.
