Paired with Mobile Message through Zapier, that analysis can trigger action instead of just sitting in a report. A new Typeform entry or Google Forms response can run through Mood Metrics first, and if the sentiment comes back negative, Mobile Message can text a manager straight away so someone can follow up with the customer personally before they walk away for good and take their business elsewhere. Positive feedback can be filtered out just as easily, leaving the alerts for the moments that actually need a human response.
