A Molku workflow finishes processing a file, but the person waiting for its output may not know that it is ready. The New File Ready trigger can start a Mobile Message SMS with a completion notice and a link or reference to the resulting file. This removes the need for someone to repeatedly check the document workflow.

A Workflow Error can also send a text to the person responsible for resolving failed processing, giving them the error details available from Molku. The connection is made through Zapier, with Molku supplying the event and Mobile Message sending the SMS. Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger can run Molku's Run Workflow action when a text contains the information needed to select a workflow and provide a PDF file URL. That reverse workflow should be used only when the required URL and name can be supplied reliably. These are separate automations, not a native integration or two-way sync. Keep file links and error messages concise, map the right recipient, and test both successful and failed runs before relying on the notifications.
