A form submission arrives in Minform while the person responsible for follow-up is serving customers or working away from the desk. If the response waits in the form builder, a promising lead or important request may lose momentum. A Zapier connection can turn New Submission into a Mobile Message, so the right person receives the information promptly.

Use New Submission to send an internal SMS with the submitter’s name, mobile number and relevant form answers. If the form collects a customer’s mobile number, the same trigger can send an acknowledgement directly to that person. Minform provides a trigger but no action in this connection, so Mobile Message handles the outbound communication. You can create separate Zaps for different forms or route messages to different recipients, with the wording matched to the form’s purpose. Map only the fields needed for a useful text and avoid placing sensitive responses into an ordinary SMS. Zapier connects the two platforms, but it does not create a two-way sync. Both accounts are required.
