About the Mihu AI integration
Mihu AI actions such as Create Appointment, Create Task, and Create Contact can also be started when Mobile Message receives an inbound SMS. For instance, a customer text can create a scheduled task or appointment when the required information is present. This gives teams a practical way to turn a plain text response into a visible action in Mihu AI, without claiming that the platforms share a single contact record.

Yes. New Voice Evaluation and New Text Evaluation are available Mihu AI triggers. Either can start Mobile Message Send SMS, using mapped session details to notify a customer or internal team member.
Can an inbound SMS create a Mihu AI appointment?
Yes. Inbound SMS Received can trigger Mihu AI Create Appointment. The Zap needs the appointment information required by Mihu AI, supplied by the message fields or earlier Zap steps.
