Mifiel SMS Integration

A client texts back a short reply confirming they want to go ahead, and instead of someone opening Mifiel and pasting the same details into a contract by hand, that single reply is enough to start the paperwork forming in the background. It is the kind of moment that usually stalls a deal for a day while someone finds time to draft the document properly.

Mobile Message connects to Mifiel through Zapier, so an Inbound SMS Received trigger, a customer texting back to confirm, can fire Mifiel's Create a New Document From an HTML Template action straight away. The saved HTML template already carries the standard wording and layout, so the only work left is filling in the details tied to that particular customer and reply, ready for the FIEL signing process that gives it legal standing in Mexico.

No one has to notice the reply come in and then remember to go and start the paperwork manually. The text arrives, the document forms from the template on file, and it sits ready in Mifiel for the next step in getting it signed, without a gap between the confirmation and the contract existing.
