MCP Client by Zapier SMS Integration

A customer texts in with a question, and within seconds an automated tool has already checked the answer, with a reply on its way before anyone on the team has opened the conversation.

MCP Client by Zapier works as a bridge rather than an app with its own dashboard. Its New Tool Result trigger fires whenever a read-only tool returns a fresh result, its New Tool trigger fires when a new tool becomes available on the connected server, and its Run Tool action lets a Zap execute any tool on demand. None of that reaches a phone on its own, so it needs a messaging step, which is where Mobile Message comes in via Zapier.

Paired with Mobile Message, a fresh tool result can become a text sent straight to a customer or a team member, closing the gap between a background check and a person's phone. The reverse works too, since a customer's reply can be picked up by Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger and handed to the Run Tool action, so a reply in a conversation kicks off a lookup or task on the connected server on its own. Each automation covers one hop from event to action, so a business can stack a couple of them to cover both directions, one Zap watching for a fresh tool result and another waiting on the next reply.
