When a park owner texts in a rating, that reply can trigger MayiStay's Leave Review action, adding the renter to the searchable database against whatever criteria the park uses without the owner logging in separately. A renter texting to lock in a site instead can trigger the Create Booking action, so the booking exists in MayiStay as soon as the text lands. Both routes rely on the same inbound message trigger, with the reply itself deciding which action in MayiStay actually runs.
