About the Manus integration

A task in Manus may finish while you are in another meeting, reviewing a brief, or handling a customer request. Without a clear alert, completed work can sit unnoticed, and a task that needs your input can remain paused. Through Zapier, Manus can notify Mobile Message when a task reaches a stopping point, so the people responsible receive a direct SMS.

Stopped Task is useful for alerting an operator that an AI task has completed or requires user input. New Task Created can also send a message confirming that work has been requested and recorded. Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received trigger can start Manus’s Continue Task action when a reply contains the next instruction, although the prompt and task details should be mapped carefully. You can also create a Manus task when a customer texts a structured request. These workflows help keep AI work visible while leaving task creation, continuation, and SMS delivery in their respective systems.

A Zapier account and subscription is required for this integration. Please view Zapier's pricing page for further information.
