Mobile Message connects to Maildroppa through Zapier using its Inbound SMS Received trigger, so a reply can create a new subscriber with Direct Add, assign a tag to flag how that person got in touch, or update their subscriber fields with details pulled straight from the message. If a text never gets delivered at all, the same trigger can tag that subscriber so the next campaign knows to reach them by email instead of by phone. Either way, the subscriber list stays accurate without a manual export or import step.

You can. Connect the Delivery Status Updated trigger to Maildroppa's Assign Subscriber Tag action, and any failed text gets flagged on that subscriber's record so you know to follow up through email instead.
What do I need to link Mobile Message texts to my Maildroppa subscriber list?
You need an active Mobile Message account, a Maildroppa account, and a free Zapier account to join them. There is no coding involved, you pick the trigger and action in the Zap editor and turn it on.
