Can MAIA Router send an SMS reply to a customer automatically?
MAIA Router itself doesn't send text messages. When a customer texts in through Mobile Message, MAIA Router's Create Chat Completion action can draft a reply in the background, ready for your team to review and send through another step in the same Zap.
Can I use AI to write the text before Mobile Message sends it?
Yes. A trigger like a new Calendly booking or a new Facebook lead can run through Create Chat Completion first, so the message is drafted around that person's details, and Mobile Message then sends the finished text as an SMS.
How do I connect MAIA Router and Mobile Message?
You'll need accounts with MAIA Router, Mobile Message and Zapier. Inside Zapier you pick the starting trigger, add MAIA Router's Create Chat Completion as a middle step, then finish with the Mobile Message action that sends the SMS, all without writing any code.
