About the Lyra integration

A sales conversation is taking shape on a Lyra canvas when a new stakeholder is captured. The next step may be a quick confirmation, a reminder or an internal alert, yet the detail can sit unnoticed until someone returns to the whiteboard. Zapier can send that Lyra event to Mobile Message, helping the right person receive a timely text.

New Lyra, New Lyra in Status and New Stakeholder are available events. Use a new stakeholder to send an acknowledgement, or use a status change to notify a sales owner that a canvas has reached an important stage. If a prospect texts back, Mobile Message can trigger Lyra Create Stakeholder so the reply has a place in the existing Lyra.

This connection keeps sales context in Lyra and uses SMS for short, actionable communication. It does not create a native two-way sync. Each Zap runs in the direction you choose, with the relevant Lyra and Mobile Message fields mapped between steps.

Yes. New Stakeholder can trigger Mobile Message Send SMS. Use the stakeholder’s phone number and selected Lyra details to create a timely acknowledgement or next-step message.

Can an SMS reply add a stakeholder to Lyra?

Yes. Inbound SMS Received can trigger Create Stakeholder in Lyra. The Zap can use the sender’s number and message details when inviting that person to an existing Lyra.
