Luxafor SMS Integration

Teams that use Luxafor to manage focus can also use Mobile Message for the customer-facing side of their work. A Zapier workflow can react when the Luxafor Mute Button is pressed and send an SMS, while Mobile Message's inbound SMS event can control a Luxafor light. This gives a small team a practical way to mark availability or notice a message without checking several screens.

For example, pressing the mute button could send a prepared text to a colleague or customer when the operator is unavailable. In the other direction, an inbound SMS can make a Luxafor light blink, show a solid colour or play a pattern through the matching Luxafor action. These actions are useful as attention signals, not as a replacement for a phone system or a complete presence system.

Each Zap runs in one direction. The Luxafor event can start Mobile Message's Send SMS action, or Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger can start one of Luxafor's light actions. Zapier carries the selected event data between the two services, so you can set the message and colour behaviour to suit the team.
