A customer is about to receive a link, but a standard URL may not open in the app that makes the next step easiest. LinkTwin can create a deep link that opens in the right app or browser. Mobile Message can then send that link by SMS through Zapier, giving the recipient a more direct path from the message to the intended destination.

Use Create Deep Link as a middle step after a supported event such as a paid Shopify order, a new Calendly invitee or a registered Eventbrite attendee. The deep link can then be passed into Mobile Message Send SMS. This is useful for order links, booking pages, attendee information or other destinations where opening the right app improves the customer experience.

LinkTwin also provides New Link Created, Update Deep Link and Delete Deep Link, but those events and actions do not by themselves create a complete customer notification. The useful pattern is a partner app trigger, LinkTwin creating the link, and Mobile Message delivering it. The workflow is configured in Zapier and does not create a native two-way integration.
