Get Users can support a contact-creation workflow, and Legito actions such as Create Document Record, Create User or Share Document to User can be started by a Mobile Message inbound text. That makes it possible to turn a customer or colleague’s SMS into a visible Legito record or share action, where the required fields are available. Mobile Message can also send SMS to List for a review group.
These workflows should be designed around the fields exposed by each Zap. They pass selected events or messages between systems through Zapier, rather than keeping Legito and Mobile Message continuously matched.
