About the Lakera AI Guardrails integration

A lead fills out a form late on a Friday night and by Monday the automation built on top of it has already fired off a text reply, a contact record, or worse, fed the message straight into an AI agent, before anyone has looked at what was actually submitted. None of this replaces judgement about a flagged message, and it simply gives a business the chance to catch a problem before an SMS goes out or a record gets created on the back of it.
