KnoCommerce SMS Integration

A customer completes a survey in KnoCommerce and gives your brand useful insight, but the response can remain among other research records while the customer waits for recognition or follow-up. A Zap can turn New Survey Response into a Mobile Message alert or contact action, so the result reaches the person responsible for acting on it.

Use Send SMS to notify a customer care or marketing operator when a response arrives, Send SMS to List to share selected feedback with a team, or Create Contact when the response includes a person who should be recorded. Add Contact to List can place a respondent into an appropriate audience after the response is reviewed. The fields available from KnoCommerce can help identify the response and personalise an internal message, subject to consent and your communication rules. The connection is configured through Zapier with no native two-way connection.

This suits Direct to Consumer brands that want survey activity to create a clear operational prompt. It does not analyse responses inside Mobile Message or keep both platforms synchronised. Each Zap starts with a completed survey response and performs the action you select.
