New Survey Response can start a Mobile Message text through Zapier, allowing your team to acknowledge the response or provide a direct next step. This removes the need to monitor the survey dashboard and manually prepare every suitable follow-up.

The message can thank the respondent, invite a conversation or provide contact details for support. Sogolytics Engage also lists Send Email as an action, but the Mobile Message workflow uses its survey trigger and Mobile Message Send SMS for a prompt mobile response. This is a one-way automation from the submitted response to the selected recipient. Map the mobile field and any response information that should shape the text, then test the wording before enabling the Zap. It gives customer experience teams a practical way to make feedback collection feel more responsive, while keeping survey management in Sogolytics Engage and SMS delivery in Mobile Message.
