An inbound text is the moment a Jumppl run team actually cares about, because it usually means a client has asked for something, confirmed a detail, or flagged a problem that needs to land in front of the right person. Jumppl already gives a team its own client portals, task lists and staff monitoring, but none of that starts moving until someone notices the message and opens the platform to act on it.

Connected to Mobile Message through Zapier, that same inbound text can trigger creating a task in Jumppl directly, so a client's reply becomes an item on the board without anyone retyping it. A new client texting to kick off a job can trigger creating a project instead, giving the work its own space from the first message rather than after someone remembers to set it up. If a text fails to deliver, that failure can also trigger a task, prompting the team to reach the client another way before the request goes cold.

None of this touches Jumppl's invoicing, chat or file storage, it simply gives the platform a faster way to hear about the messages that matter. The texting stays with Mobile Message and the project work stays with Jumppl, with Zapier carrying the signal between them.
