Jotform Enterprise SMS Integration

A form submission lands in Jotform Enterprise while the team is serving customers, and the person responsible needs to know about it quickly. Jotform Enterprise users can use Zapier to turn a New Submission event into a Mobile Message SMS, giving an administrator, sales person or service team a prompt without requiring constant form monitoring. The message can identify the form and summarise the submitted details that are available to the Zap.

This suits organisations that use enterprise forms for leads, requests, registrations or internal work. A submission can also create a Mobile Message contact or add a known person to a list, depending on the fields collected. Jotform Enterprise provides actions including Assign Form, Assign Prefilled Form and Create Submission, while Mobile Message provides Send SMS, Send SMS to List, Create Contact and Add Contact to List. The connection is made through Zapier and is not a native two-way integration. It does not update the Jotform record when the SMS is sent.
