Invoice Parse SMS Integration

An invoice lands as a scanned PDF or a photo from a supplier, and someone still has to open it, read off the amount and the due date, and type those numbers into whatever tool sends the reminder. Multiply that by every invoice that comes in during a busy week, and the few minutes each one takes turns into a task nobody actually signed up for.

Invoice Parse reads that document and pulls out the structured details, the amount, the date, the supplier, whatever fields the invoice contains. On its own it does not send anything, it sits in the middle of a Zapier workflow and hands clean data to whatever step comes after it. Paired with Mobile Message, that middle step is what makes a text message possible in the first place, because Mobile Message needs the amount and due date as plain values, not a scanned image.

The result is a Zap that starts when a document arrives somewhere else, whether that is an inbox, a form upload, or a shared folder, runs it through Invoice Parse, and finishes with Mobile Message texting the customer the figure that actually matters to them. Nobody retypes a number from a PDF just to remind someone what they owe.
