An accounts team chasing an overdue invoice usually knows the amount owed and the due date, but the customer on the other end might not remember either detail without digging through their inbox to find the original document. Invofox reads a document such as an invoice or another business form, uploading the file and then extracting structured data like the total owed, the due date and other key figures from it, rather than leaving someone to open the file and read it themselves.

Paired with Mobile Message through Zapier, that extracted detail can be dropped straight into a text. An overdue invoice in Xero can start a Zap where Invofox pulls the amount and date from the attached document, and Mobile Message texts the customer a reminder that states what is actually owed, rather than a generic nudge to check their account. The team gets the reminder sent without opening the invoice themselves to copy the figures across, and the customer gets a specific number instead of a vague follow up.
