Interactive Calculator SMS Integration

A customer has just submitted an Interactive Calculator form and is waiting for the next step. If submissions sit in an inbox or spreadsheet before someone responds, a promising enquiry can cool off and the customer may not know whether their details arrived. Interactive Calculator can report a new submission, including line items when that information is available.

Through Zapier, a new submission can trigger Mobile Message to send SMS, create a contact, or add a contact to a list. A business might text a confirmation, create a record for follow-up, or place calculator users into a relevant SMS audience. The line-item trigger can include the selections or products involved, allowing the message to reflect what the customer calculated.

Mobile Message handles the SMS and contact action, while Interactive Calculator continues to collect website submissions. The Zap does not create a native two-way connection or replace your calculator form. It simply turns a chosen submission event into a useful communication step soon after the customer completes it.
