Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Intelswift!

A customer message arrives in Intelswift while the support team is handling other conversations. Without a clear next step, the message can be missed, a ticket can remain unresolved or an internal note can be left for later. A Zap can turn a new conversation, ticket or contact event into a Mobile Message notification or record action.

Use New Conversation to alert a support lead, New Ticket to notify the person responsible for triage, or Conversation Closed to send a completion message. New Contact can trigger Create Contact in Mobile Message, while Inbound SMS Received can start Intelswift’s Send Message action when a customer texts your Mobile Message number. The available Mobile Message actions include Send SMS, Send SMS to List, Create Contact and Add Contact to List. The connection is configured through Zapier, with fields mapped for each chosen workflow.

This is helpful when support teams need a direct alert for important activity or want an SMS reply to reach a contact in Intelswift. It does not provide native two-way synchronisation. Each Zap has one trigger, one action and a defined purpose.
