About the Integra Connect integration

Yes, as part of a longer Zap. Create Smart Document can sit between a trigger like an overdue Xero invoice or a paid Shopify order and Mobile Message's Send SMS action, so the text goes out once the document is encoded and registered.

Does Integra Connect trigger a text message by itself?

No. Integra Connect has no trigger of its own, it only offers the Create Smart Document action. It needs a starting event from another app, such as a Xero invoice or a Shopify order, before Mobile Message can send anything.

How do I chain Xero or Shopify through Integra Connect to a Mobile Message text?

You will need accounts with Integra Connect, Mobile Message and whichever app starts the Zap, all joined through a free Zapier account. No coding is involved, you set the starting trigger, add Create Smart Document as a step, then finish with Mobile Message's Send SMS action.
