About the innoChat integration

A visitor submits a form inside an innoChat chatbot and expects someone to respond. If that submission stays inside the chat workflow, a sales or support operator may not see it until much later. Sending a Mobile Message notification gives the responsible person a direct prompt to review the information and contact the visitor.

New Form Submission can start a Zap when a user submits a form within the chat. Mobile Message can then send SMS, send SMS to a list, create a contact or add a contact to a list. Use Send SMS for an internal lead alert, Create Contact when the form supplies a phone number, or Add Contact to List when the person belongs in a defined follow-up group. innoChat’s Send Message action can also be used when another supported app supplies the chatbot prompt.

Map the available form fields into the SMS, keeping the message concise and useful. This Zapier connection handles the selected event and action, rather than providing a native two-way exchange between innoChat and Mobile Message.
