A form record is submitted while the person responsible for the next step is away from the desk. IndyForms can report a Form Record Submitted event, and a Zap can immediately send an SMS through Mobile Message with the information needed to act. This removes the manual check of the forms queue and helps urgent submissions reach the right person sooner.

Form Record Created is useful when you want an earlier notification, such as telling a coordinator that a new record is ready for completion or review. Mobile Message can send the message to one recipient or to a list of staff. The workflow is created in Zapier, so IndyForms remains the place where the form record is managed and Mobile Message provides the plain-text alert. It is not a native two-way connection, and it does not imply that every form field is copied into both systems.
